UFCW Local 1500 Endorses Beedenbender
for Brookhaven Town Supervisor
Brookhaven, NY – The United Food & Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 1500 has announced that they have endorsed Brian Beedenbender for Brookhaven Town Supervisor. UFCW Local 1500 is the largest UFCW Local in New York State and represents nearly 23,000 members who work in grocery and retail stores, as well as the food processing and meat packing industries.
“Brian Beedenbender is the clear choice to move Brookhaven forward,” said Bruce Both President of UFCW Local 1500, “As Suffolk County Legislator and Chief of Staff to Supervisor Mark Lesko, Brian has repeatedly fought for jobs and economic growth in Brookhaven.
