Since 2005, Lillian and her husband Roger, have lived in Port Jefferson. She teaches at SUNY-Old Westbury, where she is a member of NYSUT and serves on the Executive Board of UUP. She also teaches at Opportunities Long Island, a pre-apprenticeship program, and taught financial literacy in the “Dress for Success” program in Brookhaven.
